The Federal Aero XL rim is made from 6066-T6 aluminum and features a 40mm wide profile. With most riders now being brakeless, Federal decided to utilize an oval design to create their strongest rim to date. Due to the additional depth of the oval shape, it also makes it more resistant to flat spots from heavy landings than a traditional rim. 36 Hole.
