Boyd Hilder's signature Federal Boyd ICS2 frame features the new Federal ICS2 wishbone, new design dropouts with chain tensioners and a federal badge set in the seat stay bridge. It is made from 4130 chromoly tubing and features an oval down tube, a taller head tube, MID bottom bracket shell and finished off with graphics designed by Rich Forne. Removable brake mounts sold separately
